Penis Pumping Techniques

In this second installment, we shall take a look at how penis pumping can be extremely beneficial when combined with a solid manual penis enlargement routine. We’ll discuss various penis pumping techniques, an outline of a typical manual/pumping routine, and if penis pumping is right for you.

The Foundation: Before Employing Penis Pumping Techniques

Setting a good foundation is key to getting good results. The foundation for achieving any significant increase in penis size is a strong manual penis exercise routine. There are many penis enlargement devices on the market that can aide in helping you achieve your goals, but they are simply that – aides.

Until your penis has been “conditioned” with a routine consisting of manual penis stretching and jelqing (for at least 60-90 days), due to the mechanical forces being exerted on the penis, these devices can actually do more harm than good. This is especially true with penis pumping techniques. Manual routines are not within the scope of this article, but we will look into how one can incorporate pumping to enhance their routines and achieve gains.

So Why Use Penis Pumping Techniques?

Penis pumping has been found to be very effective in achieving (primarily) girth and is very effective. As explained in the previous article, the continued expansion of the penile chambers helps to increase capacity those chambers can hold blood during an erection; jelqing is the manual process by which this can be achieved. Penis pumping using proper penis pumping techniques, along with jelqing, significantly enhances this process and provides a big boost in increase girth gains.

Penis Pumping Techniques are “Where it’s at!”

There are several different techniques to aide in enhancing the pump routine; for the purpose of this article, we will highlight two. The following two penis pumping techniques are commonly used by penis pumpers and are considered to be staples of any penis pump routine:

Milking – “Milking the tube” is done by griping the tube and trying to pull it away from the base of your penis. The action is akin to masturbating and the motion should only shift the tube no more than 1” up from the base. If you have a pressure gauge, you will notice that the milking penis pumping technique causes the pressure to increase and then go back to the original level pressure when you return the cylinder back towards you.

It is suggested to do this at low-pressure levels since the increased pressure can damage veins and arteries in the penis.

Pros: Helps keep fresh blood circulating into the penis; aides in faster expansion to “pack the tube”

Cons: Milking at high-pressure levels can cause damage to the penis; if not adequately lubed, abrasions and blisters can form on the glans and shaft; pulling too hard can cause the airtight seal to break

Pulsing – This technique is a much more involved process and widely believed to be very effective in maximizing gains. Pulsing involves creating and releasing the vacuum at distinct intervals. Helps maximize gains faster by gently urging the chambers to relax and expand more frequently.

Pros: Helps keep the penis conditioned

; helps minimize edema
Cons: Continual pumping (there are rarely any breaks in penis pump operation with this technique)

The Routine

As outlined in the previous article, pumping is a very effective means of achieving your penis enlargement goals. A typical routine will consist of the standard warm-up, stretches, jelqs, penis pumping, and warm down. When penis pumping, it is best to divide your pumping session into sets.

The length of each set will depend on your level of experience. Beginners (less than 3 months of regular pumping) should stick to no more than 3 short sets of a maximum of 15 minutes each; advanced pumpers can take more sets at longer periods. Regardless of how long the set, it is highly recommended that breaks be conducted at least every 10-15 minutes to allow fresh blood to circulate into the penis.

During the set, you gradually raise the pressure as your penis expands. With each set, you raise the pressure a little faster, to a higher level, but caution is advised to take it slow – raising the pressure too quickly can cause painful blisters to develop. Continually work the pump to maintain a consistent pressure level. As a general rule, raise the pressure once every 3 – 5 minutes early on, and once a minute or more toward the end of the set – but never exceed safe levels.

Paying attention to your Physiological Indicators (PI’s) is the best way to gauge your session. At all times you should find the level of suction pleasurable and not a strain or painful in any way. If you experience a pinching or burning sensation or an ache, you can “milk the tube,” lower the pressure, or simply end the set. At any time during your session, feel free to disconnect your hose and walk around with your tube hanging free, once the suction is firm enough to keep it there. The weight of the cylinder will help you stretch out longer. Reconnect periodically to ensure a consistent pressure is being maintained.

Toward the end of each set, your erection should be firmer. By the time you end off your last set, it is not uncommon to feel as though you are on the verge of orgasm. Take caution that you do not get too enthusiastic and pump longer or harder than you really should; try to follow a disciplined routine using the aforementioned proper penis pumping techniques from this article, as well as my previous article on the basics of penis pumping: Penis Pumping 101 – An Overview

Once the session is completed, it is recommended that a silicone ring or some sort of restrictive aide be worn to maintain the pumped state. This helps to have the penis stay in this pumped state as long as possible to make the tissues start to heal in this elongated state. Additionally, try to stay away from restrictive clothing to allow your penis to hang as freely as possible to maximize the pumped state.

Conclusion

Penis Pumping is a unique form of penis enlargement and very effective, but it is how we use the tried and true proper penis pumping techniques that will make the overall difference. You must be careful when starting any routine that involves vacuum devices; take care in your equipment selection, be safe, and enjoy the benefits it will bring to your penis enlargement endeavors.

Before you begin your penile exercise routine, you’ll want to know where you are and where you want to be.  These penis measuring tips will help you accurately determine your current penis length and girth.

SETTING PENIS ENLARGEMENT BENCHMARKS

Since penis enlargement takes time and steady work, you may be wondering whether you should be measuring your penis length or girth at all during the first few weeks to months.  While it’s not healthy to worry about whether you can see gains each and every day, we recommend that you measure your penis on the first day of your new penile exercise regimen and also at regular intervals along the way.

Knowing your initial and benchmark penis length and penis girth allows you to:

  1. Track your progress.
  2. Gain motivation with every inch of penis enlargement.
  3. See if you are gaining.  If not, you’ll know you need to change something.

MEASURING ERECT PENIS LENGTH

The best way to measure your penis length is with a straightedge ruler when you are fully erect.

There are two ways to measure erect length: bone-pressed and non bone-pressed.

Method 1, “bone-pressed”: place the ruler above the penis and push it all the way into the pubic bone.  Once the ruler is firmly pressed against the pubic bone, record your measurement.

Measuring bone-pressed is preferred by many because it maximizes consistent measurements.

Method 2, “non bone-pressed”: Again, place the ruler above the penis. This time, barely touch the skin of the pubic region. When measuring non bone-pressed, it is important that the ruler is not touching the pubic bone.

The most important factor when measuring is that you always use the same technique. This is important because if you measure differently each time, you could be fooling yourself into thinking you’re gaining when you’re not.  So, for example, if you measure sitting down the first time, you should measure while sitting time every time thereafter.  This allows you to consistently monitor your progress.

MEASURING ERECT PENIS GIRTH

There are two ways to measure erect girth.

Method 1: Fully wrap measuring tape around the circumference of your penis and check the measurement.

Method 2: Fully wrap a piece of string around the circumference of your penis and mark the measurement on the string.  Then take the string and line it up with a straightedge ruler.

Most men measure their erect penis girth in the middle of the shaft or at their thickest point.  However, where you measure isn’t too important as long as you consistently measure in the same place.

If your girth greatly differs on different parts of your penis, then you may want to measure your girth in three different areas: the base, mid-shaft, and at the glans.

Measuring Tip! You may find it hard to keep an erection when measuring. If this occurs, try measuring in the morning on the days you wake up with an erection.

BUILDING UP TO YOUR DREAM

Once you have a baseline measurement, you’re all set to begin your new penis exercise routine! Decide how often you will take measurements as the weeks and months go by, and start keeping a chart to track your progress.  Charting your gains is a great way to stay motivated.

Also, while results may seem slow at first, if you still don’t see penis enlargement results after several weeks to months, you’ll know when you need to adjust your penile exercise routine.

Penis Exercising 101 – How it Works, and How it Can Work for You

But how does the male enhancement process really work? First we’ll discuss the scientific reasoning behind penis enlargement through exercise, and then we’ll point you — and the penis of your dreams! — toward beginner exercises that will maximize your potential.

PENILE EXERCISE — IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?

In a word, yes! Penile exercises (or exercises that work out the penis) can range from one basic exercise to an advanced workout regimen consisting of multiple exercises. Just as in weight training, beginners should never start out doing advanced exercises. But what are these exercises based upon — haven’t we all heard that the penis isn’t a muscle? Not true — or at least, not completely. First of all, there are pelvic floor muscles at the base of your penis whose strength can greatly impact the quality of your erections and your ability to last longer in bed. Secondly, studies have found that while the penis is not a muscle of the same type as your biceps, triceps, or quads, it is indeed made up of a large proportion of a different type of muscle tissue: smooth muscle. There must be a sufficient proportion of smooth muscle tissue in the penis for healthy erections to occur, and (contrary to what you might expect) this tissue must be able to completely relax in order for the penis to lengthen and enlarge.

So how exactly does penis exercising work? There are a few competing theories surrounding the exact process, but in the words of Rob Michaels penis enlargement expert and author of the book Penis Exercises, “considering the fact that penile exercising makes erections stronger, harder, and longer-lasting, it would make sense that penile exercising either creates more smooth muscle cells or causes the smooth muscle cells to grow.” Either way causes penis growth. Stretches may also elongate the connective tissue layers (known as the tunica), allowing further growth. And this growth is exactly what our forum members are talking about:

PENIS ENLARGEMENT — FROM DREAM TO REALITY

In the words of our forum member Big Girtha, “There is an obsession sweeping this country. In fact, it has become much bigger than that. This [penis enlargement] hysteria knows no bounds; it is in the heart of all men in every walk of life on every continent of the world. I call it The Dream.” Compare exercising the penis to exercising the body. Some men may not be entirely happy with their penis length or girth, feeling like the body they were born with is not the one they would have chosen. Others merely want to become better lovers, to feel stronger, to recover from mild erectile dysfunction, or to last longer in bed. There are as many reasons to exercise the penis as there are men.

GROWING YOUR ROUTINE

Now that we’ve got you raring to go, let’s pause for a warning about taking it slowly! Let’s pretend you were bench pressing for the first time. You wouldn’t start out benching 300 lbs, unless you were looking for a reason to go to the emergency room. Instead, you would start out light and then gradually work your way up to 300 pounds. Exercising the penis requires the same thought: steadily build your workout time and intensity. Moreover, in the beginning, less is more. Building your routine up slowly and consistently will lead to growth. However, your results may be slowed if you try to progress faster than your body will allow.

WHERE TO BEGIN

On this site you will find a variety of advanced exercises that will allow for great ways to increase the intensity of your workouts. However, for the first few weeks to months you’ll want to stick with the basic exercises that we also cover: the Kegel, the Jelq, and the Basic Stretch. If you are exercising your penis for health reasons, such as curing mild erectile dysfunction, then kegeling, jelqing, and stretching will often do the trick.

The Anatomy Behind the Penis Enlargement Response

To understand the penis enlargement response, we must first understand the anatomy of the penis.

To understand the precise mechanism of the penis enlargement response, it’s important to first understand the anatomy of the penis. The penis is a specialized vascular framework constructed to inflate to a rigid state called — erection. The shaft consists of three chambers:

  • The two chambers of the corpus spongiosum (CS) and
  • The single chamber of the corpus cavernosum (CC).

Within these chambers are prominent slit like spaces, rich in blood cells, as they are really modified veins called vascular plexus. The slit like vascular spaces are composed of an abundant amount of smooth muscle with lesser amounts of fibrous tissue, lined by endothelium. This is called erectile tissue.

Separating the CC and CS is a very thick band of connective tissue called the tunica albuginea. This connective tissue is composed mostly of bi-layered collagen and elastic fibers. The elastic fibers form an irregularly latticed network on which collagen fibers rest. It is this elastic network that gives the penis elasticity, allowing it to expand and contract, and is an important factor in the penis enlargement response.

The Limiting Factor of the Penis Enlargement Response

The limiting factor of the penis enlargement response is that the composition of the tunica albuginea and septum is collagen and elastic tissue. The collagen is very tough connective tissue, constructed by nature, to ensure optimum structural integrity and strength.  Think of a tendon or ligament. They’re also composed of collagen. Your body’s entire structural framework is composed mostly of collagen, including bone.

To facilitate the penis enlargement response, you must overcome the structural bonds of the collagen.  Through sufficient traction, called critical traction, applied consistently along the length and diameter of the penis, the molecular bonds of the collagen will separate and undergo remodeling to a larger size.

Breaking the Bonds for the Penis Enlargement Response

The interior tissue of the penis is composed mainly of the vascular plexus, consisting of epithelium lining, with abundant smooth muscles and some fibrous tissue. When sufficient traction is applied to the collagen, this results in a controlled bond breaking and separation. The penis enlargement response and the remodeling process begins, making the collagen longer and larger.

The penis enlargement response is like taking apart a brick wall and adding another layer of bricks to increase its size.

Think of separating a brick wall and filling it in with additional bricks resulting in a larger brick wall. During the penis enlargement response, the interior vascular plexus goes along for the ride, but itself is transformed into greater mass.

The endothelium lining of the vascular slits undergoes mitosis, during the penis enlargement response. The abundant smooth muscle framework adjacent to the endothelium undergoes hypertrophy and mitosis (there are studies that support the proposition that mitosis can occur in smooth muscle cells), and the arteries and veins follow the same growth course mentioned above, with  the remaining fibrous tissue undergoing remodeling.

The slow-growing, peripheral nerves grow and elongate when stimulated during the penis enlargement response. Therefore, the entire package gets bigger under sufficient constructive, critical traction, with the collagenous structure being the limiting factor.  If the collagen bond breaking is sufficient, with cementing, the process is likely permanent.

Newbie Gains and the Penis Enlargement Response

Let’s take a brief look at “newbie gains” and the penis enlargement response.

A “newbie” is a person who has never tried penis enlargement. Once he begins, he will experience characteristically easy gains. Unchallenged or unstressed collagen has slack or crimps, allowing a stretching out scenario that facilitates the penis enlargement response.When these crimps are removed, it results in quick gains for the beginner. Under this condition, the collagen bonds generally remain intact until the critical traction level is applied.

Ligaments and the Penis Enlargement Response

Another factor in the penis enlargement response is the ligaments. The attachment points for the penis are composed of collagenous tissue, called ligaments, and skeletal muscular tissue. The main ligaments are called  suspensory ligaments and fundiform ligaments. The primary base muscles are called  the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles.

Ligaments are composed of densely-packed collagen fibers, which are white and relatively inelastic. Mechanical properties vary with shape and structural organization. This connective tissues is characterized by sparse cellularity, and distributed within an extracellular matrix.

Cells in tendons and ligaments are called fibroblasts. These ligaments consist of 70-80% collagen and 20% fibroblasts. Upon initiating traction, the crimps of the ligament collagen are pulled out or straightened first, as part of the penis enlargement response. After this, additional traction triggers molecular transformation via molecular bond breaking and remodeling, again resulting in longer, larger ligaments, as the penis enlargement response.

Skeletal Muscles and the Penis Enlargement Response

Arm curls building your triceps and biceps are similar to the effect of traction and the penis enlargement response.

Another factor in the penis enlargement response is the skeletal muscles. The skeletal muscles called the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles, are attachment points at the base of the penis. For this reason, traction will elicit the same changes in the penis’s skeletal muscles as arm curls will elicit in your biceps and triceps. Whilst under traction, all muscular tissue at the base of the penis will undergo hypertrophy, strengthen and thus initiate the penis enlargement response.

What Do You Want for Yourself? Do You Just Want to Increase Your Penis Size?

For many of you guys visiting PEGym, barring those with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or other penis health conditions, your reasons for wanting a bigger penis are completely superficial. It’s not just about an increase in your penis size. You want status; you want an ego boost; you want a feeling of superiority. You want women to flock to your penis.

Well, of course you do!

That’s only natural in this day and age. Our highly sexualized society, especially in the United States, the giants of popular media, television, movies, magazines, music, and porn industries are painting us a picture of what they think should be acceptable and admired in society.

I’m here to tell you that you could be chasing this unattainable dream of becoming somebody you’re not, or you could accept yourself — the good and the bad — and work toward achieving what is best for you, when you work to increase your penis size. We all have good and bad, but it manifests differently.

If you take a closer look at those guys you see with women clinging to their shoulders, realize they are actually just like you. The only difference is they have put in the work that it takes to achieve their personal goals. This is not about what you’ve got, but this is about how you think and who you are.

With the media and porn industries constantly bombarding you with useless crap, you are probably a bit confused about what you really want for yourself. I assure you, no matter who you are, you really want to feel good about yourself and good about your manhood, but not necessarily to be the most endowed man alive. It’s not just about an increase in penis size.

You might feel that you are missing something in your life, and as a man, you turn to your most prized organ: Mr. Winky himself, in the flesh. What you’re not realizing is there are things you must achieve for yourself before you are ready to increase your penis size.

PE is not a magic pill.

PE and an Increase in Your Penis is NOT a cure. It is NOT a magic pill.

It’s important to ask yourself questions and answer them honestly to evaluate your personal situation, when thinking about working to increase your penis size. Once you know your situation, you can begin to identify and work toward your very own personal penis increase goals. When you are finally on the right path, it’s only a matter of time before you are the man with the women on your shoulders.

  • Do you have low self-esteem? Maybe girls have told you you’re small and laughed, so you look to increase penis size because you think you’re not good enough.
  • Are you happy with your health and your body? Maybe your dream is to become a great porn star and have lots of sex with women, with a new penis increase, but you’re jobless and don’t have a girlfriend.
  • Are you happy with your work and professional life? Maybe you’re a guy who is afraid of being cheated on, so you want to increase your penis to make certain your girlfriend won’t leave you.
  • Are you satisfied with your social life? Maybe you are just simply insecure and your jealousy of other men is the motivation behind your desire to increase your penis size.

Before You Do PE and Work to Increase Your Penis Size, Get Your Life Handled!

Whatever your story may be, it’s very important, before you begin your path of PE and devote the time and effort needed to increase your penis size, you get all aspects of your life handled. This way you can go into the game with confidence and faith and meet your penis increase goals without a doubt. PE should be a compliment to what you already have, and it is not the answer to all of your problems.

  • If the testicles are colder than the ideal sperm production temperature, the body pulls them in to warm them.

Warm temperatures encourage the body to release the tension in the suspending tissues, letting the testicles down. For this reason, stretching and pumping is best accomplished by keeping the testicles warm and extended as much as possible.

Getting Started with Ball Pumping

Ball pumping is very similar to penis pumping.

  1. Warm up in your standard manner, but give additional attention to warming the scrotum and surrounding area. Don’t overdo it and don’t use high levels of heat – it doesn’t take much to get the sac warm and pliable.
  2. After the warm up, stretch the scrotal sac out with a milking-style massage for several seconds.
  3. Using a good lubricant, lubricate your cock and balls liberally so they can slide easily into the tube. If using a LongJohnny or any cylinder with a detachable seal, put a small amount of lube along the inner wall of the seal. If using a straight cylinder with no seal, lubricate the rim and the first inch inside your cylinder generously to help create a good airtight seal when you begin pumping.
  4. Insert your cock and seat your balls into the opening.
  5. As you start pumping, go slowly to make sure your testicles clear the seal and tissues are not pinched (the feeling of your testicles ‘plopping’ over the seal into the tube is fantastic!).
  6. Use just enough pressure to get a slight, comfortable pull. A good level for ball pumping is roughly 3Hg; if it feels uncomfortable, release the pressure to a more comfortable level. Just as in penis pumping, as your balls expand, they displace vacuum, so you will need to monitor and adjust the pressure accordingly.

In the beginning, try to take a break every 15 to 30 minutes, to refresh the circulation in your cock and give your scrotal skin a break. As you become accustomed to ball pumping, breaks can be taken at longer intervals.

Maximum stretch is accomplished at constant pressure (though there are pulsing techniques that have been known to help greatly in expansion). Lightly massage the cock and balls during the break and reheat if necessary before resuming. Beginners should stick to sessions one hour or less. Take your time in taking off the seal at the end of your session since you will be considerably larger than the opening. Go slow and you will be fine.

Additionally, milking too hard or too long can cause increased edema (the donut effect), since pressure levels spike as the cylinder is shifted up and down.

Pulse Pumping: Varying the pressure from time-to-time also helps stimulate the penile tissues to expand. Pulsing is done by alternating pressure levels throughout the session. For example:

  • A max pressure level for a session may be 5 in.Hg.
  • After one minute at this level, decrease the pressure slowly over 30 seconds to zero pressure, then quickly pump back to max level.
  • Repeat.

This practice is highly effective and, like milking, promotes enhanced circulation and exercising of the inner chambers.

Shakes: The best results from pumping are obtained when the penis is erect in the tube. The longer a session goes, and the longer you are in the tube, the more difficult it is to maintain an adequate erection level. Shakes are used to help maintain the erection by stimulating nerve endings and coaxing blood flow. To do this, shake the cylinder up and down by hand or with a rocking motion with the hips. This should not be done too hard, but forceful enough that the erection level increases. Vary the intensity and the range of motion in order to give the base a good stretch.

Wrapping: Heat is an excellent way to stimulate blood flow, which is a staple in any penis enlargement regimen. Wrapping is a simple technique that involves wrapping the cylinder with a heating device (such as an electric heating pad) during the pumping session. Be very careful the wrap is not left on too long, as blisters and more serious burn damage can occur. The cylinder can become very hot very quickly.

There is a plethora of anecdotal evidence all over the Internet detailing the mishaps and injuries (many of them severe) due to overzealous pumping. Penis pumping is a very effective enlargement process and is very safe when administered correctly.

There is a saying: “The penis should not be FORCED to grow; it should be gently urged to WANT to grow.” The slow, methodical nature of proper pumping urges the penis to grow much faster and more effectively than forceful methods. Here are a couple of tips and some pitfalls to be mindful of in order to avoid injury:

  • Avoid over-pumping. This is the easiest to avoid, yet the most commonly seen injury. The act of pumping itself, with the pressures of the vacuum on the penis, is very comfortable, sensual, and for some, erotic. It is very easy to get lost in the experience and lose track of time while in the tube, so caution must be exercised in order to stay within a set “window of effectiveness.” Many advanced pumpers will often go on pumping “marathons,” pumping for up to 5 hours at a time. This is an extreme practice and one that is not recommended where safety and erection quality is a concern.
  • Take frequent breaks. Breaks should be taken often to help stimulate blood flow and to release the pressure built up in the penile tissues. As a general rule, a 3- to 5-minute break, every 15 minutes, should be used (If you are pumping at very low levels, in-tube time between breaks can go up to 30 minutes). During the break, jelqing, stretching and massaging are encouraged. Novice pumpers should limit pumping sessions to a max of 30 minutes and should not exceed 2 sessions a day. Intermediate users should maintain sessions of no more than 1 to 1.5 hours, while optimal levels for advanced users are typically in the 2- to 3-hour range, over several sessions.

  • Take pictures with a ruler, to have proof of your penis enlargement gains.
  • Use a calendar to track your penis enlargement workouts and keep yourself on track.
  • Track everything! The type of penis enlargement exercise, how many reps you performed, the length of each repetition, how long you exercised for, etc.

As you might imagine, many men now are well into the art of penis enlargement. I myself have been at it (though off and on) for almost five years now.  However, I would say that my total time spent doing actual penis enlargement routines (Penis Extender, Manual Penis Exercises, Penis Pumping) is somewhere around the 2-3 year range.

During that time I can say that I have seen a full inch of permanent erect length gains.

Why to I say all this? Because penis enlargement and penis enhancement are very real practices, and with due diligence, will work for every man. Although, can penis enlargement and/or enhancement be combined (combo PE approach) for an optimized  “time spent to gains achieved” ratio? Let’s take a look at some combo PE approaches!

COMBO PE: OPTIONS TO COMBINE

First of all, lets take a look at all the possible methods of penis enlargement and penis enhancement available that can be combined for advanced penis enlargement techniques.

  • Manual Penis Exercises (jelqing and manual stretches)
  • Penis Extenders
  • Penis Pumping
  • Penis Weight Hanging a.k.a “Hanging”
  • Clamping
  • Edging/Ballooning

The above are primarily “Penis Enlargement” methods, now lets look at the various other methods of “Penis Enhancement” to consider with combo PE approaches.

  • Foreskin Restoration or FR (for men that have less sensitivity due to circumcision) especially “Tugging”  which is known to not only help regrow more foreskin, but is very notably known to cause penile shaft lengthening in most cases; like an ADS (all day stretcher)
  • Kegels- These help men with a range of issues, from premature ejaculation to multiple male orgasms, kegels, if used while stretching the penis, can also assist in permanent penis enlargement as well.
  • Penis pills- WARNING HERE- while many penis pills claim to do all kinds of things, they are widely known amongst the men who are considered “Veterans of Penis Enlargement” to be a total waste of money. HOW TO USE COMBO PE OPTIONS

Now that we have introduced the main methods that men are using now to achieve permanent penis enlargement and penis enhancement, lets go over some possible combo PE combinations of methods, and theories behind each combination of penis enlargement and penis enhancement methods.

COMBO PE: MANUAL EXERCISES WITH TRACTION

This is basically combining manual penis enlargement exercises (jelqing and stretching, or jelqing alone) with using the Traction Principle. The Traction Principle is the idea that by applying constant and steady traction/stretching to the penis overtime, penis enlargement will occur. Traction devices are those such as penis extenders and penis hangers (weight hanging device i.e. “Bib Hanger” is probably the most popular).

ADDING STRETCHING/TRACTION TO AN ESTABLISHED JELQING ROUTINE

If you already have completed a routine like the JP 90 day Routine, and you are seeing gains come to a plateau, the first thing to consider with combo PE is adding time, sets and different exercises, to augment your manual penis exercise routine. This is not only logical but the first step to continued gains. However, there might be something else to consider: Intensified stretching via use of a traction device for an advanced penis enlargement combination technique.

Using advanced penis enlargement methods by combining the manual exercises, namely jelqing (since you will get enough stretching from traction devices alone) with a traction device, you will get a lot more intensity from a traction device from stretching than you would from stretching manually with your hand’s grip alone. Your hand eventually gets tired with higher intensities, but the device never will.

Also, more traction resistance can be applied, for longer periods of time. I have worn my penis extender for over 2 hours with a Head-Swell and with no numbness (this takes practice). This would be impossible with my hand. Even with penis hanging, which uses sets of no more than 20-30 minutes, this is much longer than your hand could endure.

COMBO PE: ADDING JELQING TO AN  ESTABLISHED TRACTION ROUTINE

The flip-side is that by adding a combo PE exercise like jelqing to a traction-only routine will optimize girth gains, as the milking aspects of the jelq are known to cause, as well as a better EQ and “morning wood”, not to mention probably the most important part of jelqing, being that jelqing causes to penis to become engorged with blood.

More oxygen rich blood to the penis means that the penis will be expanded for longer periods of time as well as receiving rich blood to help heal the penis and shorten the time needed for recovery between sessions. Additionally, many experienced veterans of jelqing report the effect to be close to that of pumping (which will be discussed in a subsequent portion of this Guide), meaning that the engorgement of the penis will last several hours after the session.

Think about it! The more time the penis spends in an “enlarged state”, the more reason you are giving your penis to “catch up” to the effects of your penis enlargement routine!

CALIXTO’S PERSONAL COMBO PE EXPERIENCE AND CONCLUSION

I have actually used this method since I learned about manual penis enlargement/enhancement exercises. See, I was a veteran of the extender, having used my extender for 2 years and gaining between 3/4″ to 1″ (at least, more likely 1 full inch, depends on my EQ) with the extender alone.

Once I begun combining manual exercises with my extender use, I gained another 1/4″ in 3 months of combined manual penis exercises and the traction of my extender. This means that I have gained at least one full inch even with an average (6-8) EQ, and with an EQ of 10, my gains are easily at 1 and1/4 inches. Sure, they may sound like very slow gains, but I wouldn’t trade my extra inch to get back all the time I spent getting it, for sure!

If you did not naturally start with your penis exiting your pelvis at 6’ Oclock, you will need to do some maintenance work until you ‘cement your gains’. This means, you will need to practice some of your penis hanging at least a few sets per week at a lower angle: straight down (SD) or between the cheeks (BTC) to maintain your ligament stretch gains.

If your suspensory ligaments tighten, pulling your package upward to a higher angle (e.g. 6.5 O’clock or 7 O’clock), you will need to go back to hanging BTC or SD again (at least part time) until this is corrected.

Eventually your penis will stay at this downward angle and your suspensory ligament stretch gains will be ‘cemented’. No one can really tell you how long this maintenance will take since it depends on your physiology and how long it took you to reach 6’Oclock as well.

Once you’ve maximized your suspensory ligament stretch gains, you’re ready to start targeting the penis tunica.

TUNICA HANGING WORK

The tunica is probably the toughest single structure in our penis. Through your hanging career, the tunica will slowly toughen and become thicker. As you stretch the tunica and permanently elongate it, elasticity will slowly be lost and making permanent tunica hanging gains will slowly become more difficult. Bib (aka Bigger), an expert on hanging recommends the RSDT fulcrum for tunica hanging deformation process.

TUNICA HANGING: Straight Out, Straight Up, Over the Shoulder

If you’ve just started hanging and your penis exits your pelvis at 6 O’clock (straight down), you might not benefit from SD or BTC angles as much as others. However, you should still focus on tunica hanging via  BTC for at least a month to make sure your suspensory ligaments are fully stretched.

Once you have confirmed you have no more potential ligament stretch gains, you can move to OTS (over the shoulder) or SU (straight up). These are probably the two best angles for someone starting out with their penis naturally exiting the body at 6 O’clock. To hang OTS use a plastic milk jug to protect your shoulder (otherwise the rope or nylon strap from your penis hanger will eventually dig in and start to hurt).

If you’re using an OTS angle for tunica hanging, alternate shoulders with each set. If you’re doing an odd number of OTS sets, finish off with an hanging angle in the middle such as straight up (SU). Once you’ve had at least six months of penis hanging experience, and your penis exits your body at 6 O’clock (straight down) you will be ready for advanced Tunica work, including fulcrums such as the RSDT.

THE “RICE SOCK DUCT TAPE” FULCRUM FOR TUNICA HANGING

The RSDT (Rice Sock Duct Tape) Fulcrum is an excellent way to create tunica creep, micro-tears and eventually permanent deformation. By the time you’ve maximized your suspensory ligament stretch gains, you may have one year or more of hanging experience under your belt. The tissues of your tunica will be toughened and no longer easy to deform. The RSDT is an excellent fulcrum for breaking through plateaus and creating fatigue all along the entire penile shaft.

Effectively the RSDT is a rounded surface (like a small mound) with channels on the sides that help your penis shaft lay straight. Bib, an expert on hanging wrote an article, complete with pictures on how to create an RSDT here: How to Build the RSDT

The RSDT is a very intense fulcrum that will create fatigue all along your shaft. At the start, you will only be able to hang a fraction of your normal weight using this device. However, you’ll reach excellent levels of fatigue quickly, and reports suggest penis length gains with this exercise are exceptional.

TUNICA HANGING FULCRUMS AND PEYRONIE’S DISEASE

If you have Peyronie’s disease, a fulcrum is an excellent way to permanently break up the scar tissue and curving, restoring your natural penis. priapusWhile out with friends this weekend, one of my friends asked me, “So what’s up with this Priapus penis enlargement shot?” I admit; I was stumped. To my chagrin, I hadn’t even heard of it.

So, I’ve done a little research, in hopes of answering the question –

What is the Priapus shot?

The Priapus shot was developed by a physician from Alabama, Dr. Charles Runnels. This creator of the O-Shot… yes, an orgasm shot for women.. came up with the Priapus shot while performing cosmetic lip enlargement on a patient. Dr. Runnels notes,

“[I]t occurred to me that it would be wonderful to do the same thing for the penis. If you can inject the mouth to give it a larger shape then why should you not be able to do the same thing with the penis?”

The Priapus shot uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP), injected into the penis. Used in the past in facelifts and scar regeneration, Dr. Runnels says the similar regenerative effects can be applied to the penis, resulting in a larger and harder penis.

Potential Complications

Of course, with all medical procedures, there are side effects you need to consider, before running down to get the Priapus shot.

  • Allergic reaction – Although the official Priapus shot website says there hasn’t been an instance of an allergic reaction, there is always a possibility when injecting foreign matter into the body.
  • Lumpiness – Again, anytime you inject foreign matter into your body, there is always a chance that some lumpiness or malformation will occur.
  • Temporary – Right now, the Priapus website is saying the effect lasts up to 18 months, with a possibility of it being permanent.
  • Not FDA Approved – As of this writing, the Priapus shot has not been approved by the FDA, for use in penis enlargement.
  • Expensive – The shot can costs thousands of dollars. And, remember, it’s likely temporary.

My Opinion?

This is such a new procedure, you need to consider this very, very carefully. Think about the issues women had with early silicone implants. When you put something in your body that nature/God/whoever you believe created you didn’t intend to be there — well, there are always possible repercussions. Here’s my thoughts:

  • Talk with your family physician before undergoing this, or any, medical procedure — someone who doesn’t have a financial stake in your decision.
  • Try other, less-invasive methods of penis enlargement, before you go to more extreme measures. Penis exercises, pumps, extenders, etc. have all been proven to be effective enlargement methods that are safe.
  • Be sure to actually talk to men who’ve had the procedure, if you’re really considering it. Don’t just read testimonials on a website. Have a face-to-face conversation about their experience, before you make a decision.

Remember — you only have one penis.

Since penis enlargement takes time and steady work, you may be wondering whether you should be measuring your penis length or girth at all during the first few weeks to months.  While it’s not healthy to worry about whether you can see gains each and every day, we recommend that you measure your penis on the first day of your new penile exercise regimen and also at regular intervals along the way.

Knowing your initial and benchmark penis length and penis girth allows you to:

  1. Track your progress.
  2. Gain motivation with every inch of penis enlargement.
  3. See if you are gaining.  If not, you’ll know you need to change something.

MEASURING ERECT PENIS LENGTH

The best way to measure your penis length is with a straightedge ruler when you are fully erect.

There are two ways to measure erect length: bone-pressed and non bone-pressed.

Method 1, “bone-pressed”: place the ruler above the penis and push it all the way into the pubic bone.  Once the ruler is firmly pressed against the pubic bone, record your measurement.

Measuring bone-pressed is preferred by many because it maximizes consistent measurements.

Method 2, “non bone-pressed”: Again, place the ruler above the penis. This time, barely touch the skin of the pubic region. When measuring non bone-pressed, it is important that the ruler is not touching the pubic bone.

The most important factor when measuring is that you always use the same technique. This is important because if you measure differently each time, you could be fooling yourself into thinking you’re gaining when you’re not.  So, for example, if you measure sitting down the first time, you should measure while sitting time every time thereafter.  This allows you to consistently monitor your progress.

MEASURING ERECT PENIS GIRTH

There are two ways to measure erect girth.

Method 1: Fully wrap measuring tape around the circumference of your penis and check the measurement.

Method 2: Fully wrap a piece of string around the circumference of your penis and mark the measurement on the string.  Then take the string and line it up with a straightedge ruler.

Most men measure their erect penis girth in the middle of the shaft or at their thickest point.  However, where you measure isn’t too important as long as you consistently measure in the same place.

If your girth greatly differs on different parts of your penis, then you may want to measure your girth in three different areas: the base, mid-shaft, and at the glans.

Measuring Tip! You may find it hard to keep an erection when measuring. If this occurs, try measuring in the morning on the days you wake up with an erection.

BUILDING UP TO YOUR DREAM

Once you have a baseline measurement, you’re all set to begin your new penis exercise routine! Decide how often you will take measurements as the weeks and months go by, and start keeping a chart to track your progress.  Charting your gains is a great way to stay motivated.

Also, while results may seem slow at first, if you still don’t see penis enlargement results after several weeks to months, you’ll know when you need to adjust your penile exercise routine.

The Anatomy Behind the Penis Enlargement Response

To understand the penis enlargement response, we must first understand the anatomy of the penis.

To understand the precise mechanism of the penis enlargement response, it's important to first understand the anatomy of the penis. The penis is a specialized vascular framework constructed to inflate to a rigid state called — erection. The shaft consists of three chambers:

  • The two chambers of the corpus spongiosum (CS) and
  • The single chamber of the corpus cavernosum (CC).

Within these chambers are prominent slit like spaces, rich in blood cells, as they are really modified veins called vascular plexus. The slit like vascular spaces are composed of an abundant amount of smooth muscle with lesser amounts of fibrous tissue, lined by endothelium. This is called erectile tissue.

Separating the CC and CS is a very thick band of connective tissue called the tunica albuginea. This connective tissue is composed mostly of bi-layered collagen and elastic fibers. The elastic fibers form an irregularly latticed network on which collagen fibers rest. It is this elastic network that gives the penis elasticity, allowing it to expand and contract, and is an important factor in the penis enlargement response.

The Limiting Factor of the Penis Enlargement Response

The limiting factor of the penis enlargement response is that the composition of the tunica albuginea and septum is collagen and elastic tissue. The collagen is very tough connective tissue, constructed by nature, to ensure optimum structural integrity and strength.  Think of a tendon or ligament. They're also composed of collagen. Your body’s entire structural framework is composed mostly of collagen, including bone.

To facilitate the penis enlargement response, you must overcome the structural bonds of the collagen.  Through sufficient traction, called critical traction, applied consistently along the length and diameter of the penis, the molecular bonds of the collagen will separate and undergo remodeling to a larger size.

Breaking the Bonds for the Penis Enlargement Response

The interior tissue of the penis is composed mainly of the vascular plexus, consisting of epithelium lining, with abundant smooth muscles and some fibrous tissue. When sufficient traction is applied to the collagen, this results in a controlled bond breaking and separation. The penis enlargement response and the remodeling process begins, making the collagen longer and larger.

The penis enlargement response is like taking apart a brick wall and adding another layer of bricks to increase its size.

Think of separating a brick wall and filling it in with additional bricks resulting in a larger brick wall. During the penis enlargement response, the interior vascular plexus goes along for the ride, but itself is transformed into greater mass.

The endothelium lining of the vascular slits undergoes mitosis, during the penis enlargement response. The abundant smooth muscle framework adjacent to the endothelium undergoes hypertrophy and mitosis (there are studies that support the proposition that mitosis can occur in smooth muscle cells), and the arteries and veins follow the same growth course mentioned above, with  the remaining fibrous tissue undergoing remodeling.

The slow-growing, peripheral nerves grow and elongate when stimulated during the penis enlargement response. Therefore, the entire package gets bigger under sufficient constructive, critical traction, with the collagenous structure being the limiting factor.  If the collagen bond breaking is sufficient, with cementing, the process is likely permanent.

Newbie Gains and the Penis Enlargement Response

Let's take a brief look at “newbie gains” and the penis enlargement response.

A “newbie” is a person who has never tried penis enlargement. Once he begins, he will experience characteristically easy gains. Unchallenged or unstressed collagen has slack or crimps, allowing a stretching out scenario that facilitates the penis enlargement response.When these crimps are removed, it results in quick gains for the beginner. Under this condition, the collagen bonds generally remain intact until the critical traction level is applied.

Ligaments and the Penis Enlargement Response

Another factor in the penis enlargement response is the ligaments. The attachment points for the penis are composed of collagenous tissue, called ligaments, and skeletal muscular tissue. The main ligaments are called  suspensory ligaments and fundiform ligaments. The primary base muscles are called  the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles.

Ligaments are composed of densely-packed collagen fibers, which are white and relatively inelastic. Mechanical properties vary with shape and structural organization. This connective tissues is characterized by sparse cellularity, and distributed within an extracellular matrix.

Cells in tendons and ligaments are called fibroblasts. These ligaments consist of 70-80% collagen and 20% fibroblasts. Upon initiating traction, the crimps of the ligament collagen are pulled out or straightened first, as part of the penis enlargement response. After this, additional traction triggers molecular transformation via molecular bond breaking and remodeling, again resulting in longer, larger ligaments, as the penis enlargement response.

Skeletal Muscles and the Penis Enlargement Response

Arm curls building your triceps and biceps are similar to the effect of traction and the penis enlargement response.

Another factor in the penis enlargement response is the skeletal muscles. The skeletal muscles called the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles, are attachment points at the base of the penis. For this reason, traction will elicit the same changes in the penis's skeletal muscles as arm curls will elicit in your biceps and triceps. Whilst under traction, all muscular tissue at the base of the penis will undergo hypertrophy, strengthen and thus initiate the penis enlargement response.

What Do You Want for Yourself? Do You Just Want to Increase Your Penis Size with Penis Enlargement?

For many of you guys visiting PEGym, barring those with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or other penis health conditions, your reasons for wanting a bigger penis are completely superficial. Penis enlargement is not just about an increase in your penis size. You want status; you want an ego boost; you want a feeling of superiority. You want women to flock to your penis.

Well, of course you do!

That’s only natural in this day and age. Our highly sexualized society, especially in the United States, the giants of popular media, television, movies, magazines, music, and porn industries are painting us a picture of what they think should be acceptable and admired in society.

I’m here to tell you that you could be chasing this unattainable dream of becoming somebody you’re not, or you could accept yourself — the good and the bad — and work toward achieving what is best for you with penis enlargement, when you work to increase your penis size. We all have good and bad, but it manifests differently.

If you take a closer look at those guys you see with women clinging to their shoulders, realize they are actually just like you. The only difference is they have put in the work that it takes to achieve their personal goals in penis enlargement. This is not about what you’ve got, but this is about how you think and who you are.

With the media and porn industries constantly bombarding you with useless crap, you are probably a bit confused about what you really want for yourself. I assure you, no matter who you are, you really want to feel good about yourself and good about your manhood, but not necessarily to be the most endowed man alive. Penis enlargement is not just about an increase in penis size.

You might feel that you are missing something in your life, and as a man, you turn to your most prized organ: Mr. Winky himself, in the flesh. What you’re not realizing is there are things you must achieve for yourself before you are ready to increase your penis size.

Whatever your story may be, it’s very important, before you begin your path of penis enlargement exercises and devote the time and effort needed to increase your penis size, you get all aspects of your life handled. This way you can go into the game with confidence and faith and meet your penis increase goals without a doubt. Penis enlargement exercises should be a compliment to what you already have, and it is not the answer to all of your problems.

Here are some of the major areas of your life that deserve proper attention, before you being penis enlargement exercises. You must put these before your penis, or you will be doing an injustice to these areas.

  • Personal Life – your health, diet, hygiene, your daily routines and habits, and your personal goals.
  • Emotional Life – your moods, your level of stress, and your overall attitudes.

It’s not like you’re going to walk outside with your pants down parading through the streets.

There is another side of this coin as well.

Some men with big penises are unhappy. Some can’t even get laid to save their life. Whether you’re looking for no-strings-attached fun, friends with benefits, polyamorous dating, or a single loving relationship, you can have it, as long as you’re willing to take the steps necessary to achieve it for yourself. Unfortunately, you can’t have it all. You can only choose to pursue what’s humanly possible, but if you know what you want and chase after it, you will manage to satisfy your hunger.

That said, make sure you get your priorities straight, and let PE and in increase in penis size complement your life. You are the center of your Universe, as well as the most important person in your life. Take good care of yourselves, my friends.
